Having graduated from the Universities
of Surrey and Birmingham, Andrew has worked in the Hotel
and Catering Industry for the whole of his career, with
Queens Moat Houses, HCTC and Allied Domecq before starting
as a Training Provider.

It is a legal requirement for
every company to undertake the training of staff to
a level that meets the needs of the Health and Safety
(First Aid) Regulations 1981.

Course content will include:
Aims & principles, life support, unconscious casualties,
wounds, fractures and soft tissue injuries, burns, poisoning

Food Safety
Each and every Company involved
in food handling has a duty to ensure that all staff
are fully trained and supervised in food hygiene issues.
Failure to do so may result in illness, prosecution
and in some cases even death. Course are registered
with the Royal Society for Promotion of Health or the
Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
Foundation Food Hygiene Course
- 1 Day Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate - 4 days
Course content will include:
Legal obligations, cross contamination, personal hygiene,
types of bacteria and causes, temperature controls,
effective cleaning, pest control and elements of planning
and design.

Health and Safety
The impact of the Health and
Safety at Work Act affects all aspects of business and
work schedules. By working with clients to establish
risk assessments, systems of work are established and
backed up by onsite training and regular coaching

These day's managers need to

in regulations and legislation. As well as offering
training courses and workshops for Managers on Employment,
many clients use the telephone support service where
issues can be discussed prior to making decisions and

Event Management
A full service of event management can be organised
from total event planning to the staffing of events,
organising security and control of visitors. Each event
requires different needs, but projects undertaken have
included Virgin Pop Concerts, Oasis at Knebworth, Bath
and West Show, What Van Live, Premier League Football
as well as numerous private client events. Fully trained
staff are provided for each event together with management
to ensure the event runs as you would wish.
