Health and Safety
The impact of the Health and Safety at Work Act affects all aspects of business and work schedules. By working with clients to establish risk assessments, systems of work are established and backed up by onsite training and regular coaching

Systems have been implemented to cover crowd safety, emergency planning, construction of temporary buildings, fire evacuations, use of chemicals and cleaning systems both in fixed sites as well as Pop Concerts and major Exhibitions

Employment Legislation
These day's managers need to make decisions every day that are impacted by the increase in regulations and legislation. As well as offering training courses and workshops for Managers on Employment, many clients use the telephone support service where issues can be discussed prior to making decisions and obtain a balanced view to make a balanced outcome.

Some of the common areas that arise are matters of employee discipline, TUPE, recruitment, job evaluation, redundancies and payments of salaries. For the smaller organisation the locum personnel service provides the ideal solution.
